Martin Nathan Catlin, 61, of Woodburn and formerly of Huntington, passed away on Thursday evening, March 13, 2025 at Parkview Regional Hospital in Fort Wayne. Martin was a beloved father and grandfather, he loved spending time with his family. He enjoyed camping, the outdoors and basketball. He also enjoyed going to church and listening to worship music. Martin had attended Westwood Fellowship Church in Woodburn. He also liked going to car shows and thrift store shopping. His true passion was drawing and poetry.
Martin was born on August 12, 1963 in Rushville, Indiana, a son of the late Nathan M. and Phyllis (Mygrant) Catlin.
Survivors include three sons: Michael N. (Samantha) Catlin of Woodburn, Nathan M. (Lucy) Stell of Franklin, Indiana and Travis Stell of Huntington; a daughter: Ashley Catlin of Huntington; a sister: Jill (Greg) Zickafoose of Huntington and twelve grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 18, 2025 from 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm at the Myers Funeral Home Huntington Chapel, 2901 Guilford Street, Huntington, Indiana.
Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 18, 2025 at 2:00 pm following visitation at the funeral home.
Interment will be at the Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Huntington.
