Teresa Ann Hosler 69, of Huntington, passed away on Wednesday February 18, 2026 at her residence. Teresa was a 1974 graduate of Huntington North High School. She had worked at Markle Bank and with her family at Hosler Family Farms. She was an active member of Central Christian Church. Teresa loved crafts of any kind and decorating for the holidays. She enjoyed baking and was a part of the noodle making group at Central Christian Church. She enjoyed traveling, especially to Hawaii, but most of all Teresa loved having her entire family together and spending time with her grandchildren.
Teresa was born on June 25, 1956 in Bluffton a daughter of the late Franklin W. and Coleen (Sparks) Allred.
She was united in marriage to Joseph "Joe" Hosler on December 6, 1975 in Huntington. He preceded her in death on October 18, 2014
Survivors include a son: Justin (Laura) Hosler of Huntington; a daughter: Jessica (John) Tackitt of Russellville Arkansas; a sister:Deborah (Charles) Peek of Harland; a sister-in-law: Judy (Steve) Adams; and six grandchildren: Brandon Will, Hannah Will, Jacob Hosler, Aliza Tackitt, Owen Tackitt, and Evan Tackitt.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and a brother Kevin Allred.
A visitation will be held on Friday February 27, 2026 from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Central Christian Church, located at 500 Macgahan Street, Huntington IN 46750.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday February 27, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. immediately following the visitation at Central Christian Church.
