Louise and Family: We were so sorry to learn of the death of Dutch. Bob and I were both sick with the flu at the time of the funeral. Dutch was a great person and friend. Always happy to see us and he loved the fishing spot. Sorry he did not get to come out very often. Cherish your memories. Madonna and Bob Jeffers

I have always been a big fan of Dutch--he was one person that could light up another persons life and was I always happy to get a big hug from him-- My brother Harry Miller was a good friend of Dutch and Louise and they were very good customers at our family gas station-- I have known and admired them both since I was a kid-- R. Thorn Family-Love you all and wish we could be there. Remembering Dutch as such a pleasant and happy man. I think he saw more girls basketball than anyone. I am thinking back at Wyandotte Woods when he dragged me out to see the massive amount of lightning bugs. Glad to have known him. He brought joy to our gatherings. Keep your best memories! Uncle Dutch you will be missed! I enjoyed our visit this past summer, as short as it was, sitting on the front porch. You and Aunt Louise have always held a special place in my heart.
