Pauline Bankston

Pauline Bankston, 91, passed away Monday, February 4, at Ellisor’s Personal Care Home. Visitation is scheduled from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, February 6, 2013 at Huntsville Funeral Home. Funeral service will be 9 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Interment will follow at 11:30 a.m. at Rice Cemetery in Leggett, TX.

Pauline was born November 15, 1921 to Edgar and Mittie Parker in Livingston, Texas. She was a loving mother, grandmother and sister. She will be missed by numerous family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband Amos Bankston; daughter Linda Sue Keeland.

Survivors include her daughter Debra Kuzniarek and husband Bernard of New Waverly; grandchildren Jill Kuzniarek of Houston, Justin Kuzniarek of New Orleans; Kelly Peck and husband Tom of Lebanon, OR; Ryan Keeland of New Waverly; 3 sisters Willouise Hawkins of Livingston, Mary Batchelder of Enid, OK, Clariece Preston of Emmitt, AR; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

The family would like to thank Sheryle Ellisor of Ellisor’s Personal Care Home as well as the staff of Odyssey Hospice for the Compassion and care shown to Pauline.
