Alvin Joseph Rogers

He was a graduate of East Bridgewater High School and received his Bachelor’s Degree at Wentworth Institute of Technology, where he was on the Dean’s List every year of attendance. He was employed as a Mechanical Engineer for many years.

Al enjoyed watching sunsets on the beach with his wife. He was a lifelong drummer and music lover. He enjoyed photography and he was “the guy with the camera” at all the parties.

In addition to being predeceased by his parents, he was also predeceased by his brother Paul W. Rogers. He is survived by his wife Leila Rogers, his 5 children Angela Spellman and husband Dennis of Fall River, Michael Rogers and wife Nicole of Plymouth, Tracy Rogers of Attleboro, Benjamin Rogers of Brockton, and Samuel Rogers and fiance Dayna Altman of Quincy, 7 grandchildren Kristen Silva, Christopher Kershaw, Kasey O'Brien, Christopher Sullivan, Brandon Rogers, Devin Rogers and Arianna Rogers, his 5 great-grandchildren and many extended family members.

Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday March 4, 2023 11 AM at Zion Union Church, 805 Attucks Lane, Hyannis, MA 02601.
