On the behalf of Mothers Against Drunk Driving, we share in your loss. Elaine had a beautiful soul and a generous spirit. Elaine truly placed service above self. In the words of Margaret Mead, “Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world; indeed, it’s the only thing that ever has.”

Pete! I reconnected with your mom during the past 2 years and we had some lovely conversations. Her neighbor Matt and I realized we both knew her and he always spoke fondly of her. I would love to talk to you, I was devastated to hear she had passed. Please feel free to call me (774)487-1744. My love and condolences, Nicky

Sorry to hear that Elaine has passed away. She and I were classmates at OA, and I'm sorry she wasn't able to attend our 50th reunion six years ago. We have added her to the memorial page on our class's website.

I just read about Elaine's passing. I am so stunned and so sorry to hear this news. The Hansen family will be in my thoughts and prayers in the coming days . Elaine and I had so many adventures together growing up in Hyannis Park. It was wonderful to see her at my brother Joe’s memorial service. Please pass on my condolences to her boys. Much love to all.
