Geoffrey Wall

He was born on August 12, 1952, in Buffalo, NY to the late William J. and Florence (Shea) Wall. Geoffrey graduated from Watertown High School and later attended Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston. He moved to Osterville in the early 1970s and built a successful business in Masonry that would last many years, until he was physically unable to do the labor.

Geoffrey’s most prized possession was his family and children, including the many dogs he had in his life. He had a love for boating and antique cars, especially his own 1954 Ford truck, which he nicknamed “Fitty.” He was a 3rd degree black belt master in TaeKwonDo, which he practiced for many years and was in fact where he met his loving and devoted wife, Edna. Geoffrey was the kind of neighbor everyone wished they had, often silently helping others in any way he could.

He is survived by his wife Edna of Osterville, sons Rex Wall and Christopher Higgins of Mashpee, daughter Samantha Higgins of South Boston, brother William Wall of Glen Cove, NY, and many other loving family members, including his nieces, nephews and in-laws. He is predeceased by his sister Wendy Higgins of Onset.

Visitation will be held on Monday August 29, 2022 from 10:00am - 12:00pm at Doane Beal and Ames, 160 West Main Street, Hyannis, followed by a service beginning at 12:00pm. Burial will be held at Hillside Cemetery in Osterville. The family invites all to join them for a reception following the burial at 146 Ninigret Avenue in Mashpee.
