Janet "Fran" Frances Moore

Fran was born in Clearwater, FL and lived on Nantucket, MA for most of her childhood. She graduated from the Butera School of Art in Boston. She married Mark Cerulli in 1981 and they lived together in Mashpee for several decades.

Fran began her career as a greeting card designer and a graphic artist, and she loved being a mother to her two children, Paige and Adam. Fran was a skilled baker and enjoyed gardening, reading, and spending time at the beach. She was fond of animals, particularly cats, and maintained multiple hummingbird feeders throughout the summers.

Most recently, Fran worked as an Information Specialist at the Cape Cod RTDA, where she took great pride in helping customers. She was an active member of the West Parish of Barnstable, participating in its craft and knitting clubs and volunteering at events.

Fran is survived by her children, Paige Cerulli of Plainfield, MA and Adam Cerulli of Mashpee, MA, as well as her ex-husband, Mark Cerulli of Mashpee, MA. She is also survived by her sister, Patricia Oliveri and her husband, John Oliveri of Plymouth, MA. Fran also leaves behind her beloved cat, Maizie.

A memorial service will be held on Sunday, July 26th at 1:00 at the West Parish of Barnstable, 2049 Meetinghouse Way, West Barnstable, MA; a reception will follow.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Fran’s memory to the MSPCA Cape Cod.
