

Jean H. Hall (Belyea) passed away in Northborough, MA, on December 28, 2014 at the age of 94.
Jean was born the 7th of 8 children (all of whom have predeceased her) in New Brunswick, Canada in 1920. She graduated from Royal Oak High School in Michigan in 1938. During World War II, she worked in a war plant, folding parachutes and also worked in a chemistry lab, and trained as a nurse. She was an avid seamstress and generally good with her hands; she made clothing, quilts, draperies and upholstered furniture. She enjoyed sewing, painting, reading, carpentry, cribbage, and gardening.
Jean’s husband Andy, to whom she was married for 67 years, passed away in 2013.
Jean is remembered by her children Eric and Deb Hall, Dale Hall and Justine Sullivan, and Jane and Richard Clark; her grandchildren Rachel and Rick Walsh, Amy and Michel Feldman, Sarah Hall and Brad Arndt, Laura Clark and Paul Barner, and Brennan Clark, and nine great-grandchildren.
A memorial service is being held Thursday, January 15, 2015, at the First Parish Church Unitarian Universalist , 40 Church Street, Northborough at 11 am.
