Judith Ann Maguire

She was born and raised in Leominster MA . She attended St. Bernard's High School in Fitchburg and Salem State College majoring in business. After spending every summer during college on Cape Cod , she settled here in 1973 at the place she dearly loved. Judy began working at Cape Cod Hospital in 1975 in financial services where she served with dedication until 2011, retiring as Assistant Controller.

She is survived by two sisters, Jane Maguire of Leominster, Sharon Price of Brockton and her niece Lindsey Price of Enfield, CT.

Judy was an avid sunworshipper, making the very most of every sunny day here on the Cape. Her second love was casino-visiting with friends where she was frequently very lucky. She also was very fond of the Massachusetts Lottery. Going out to eat had to include Keano. Judy had a passion for animals, especially her dogs Brutus and Harry and her long line of cats from Leroy to Snaffy and Poppy.

Visiting Hours will be held Monday, June 13th from 4pm to 8pm at Doane, Beal & Ames Funeral Home 160 W. Main St. Hyannis, MA 02601. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated 11am Tuesday, June 14th at St. Pius X Church 5 Barbara St. S. Yarmouth, MA 02664. Cremation services will be private
