Born on October 7, 1987, at Falmouth Hospital, Justin was the beloved son of Joseph & Deborah Lopes. He lived life with a big heart, a quick wit, and a deep love for the people closest to him
Justin found his greatest joy in spending time with family & friends. He loved working and being outdoors—whether plaster, construction, fishing, golfing, playing horseshoes, or working on his pit bike with his Dad. He was always where the sun shined. He was the kind of person to offer the shirt off his back to a stranger if he knew they needed it more and could somehow leave people laughing even on difficult days. Known by many names throughout his life—Jay, Buddy Kid, Pinky, Chino, PITA Brother, and countless others—Justin touched many lives and left a lasting impression on everyone fortunate enough to know him.
He is survived by his parents, Joseph “Buck” Lopes and Deborah “Debbie” Lopes; his fiancée, Asia, who held a special place in his heart; his children, Jocelin, Justin Jr., and Seth, whom he loved beyond measure; his stepdaughter, Misty; oldest brother Joseph, youngest sister, Jessica; his nephews CJ & Elijah; his brother-in-law, Chris Greland; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family, friends and fur babies; Milo & Pup who will miss him dearly.
Though his time here was far too short, the love he shared, the memories he created, and the laughter he brought to those around him will live on forever in the hearts of those who loved him.
Join the family Saturday July 11th between 12-4 at Doane Beal & Ames, 160 West Main Street in Hyannis for a Celebration of Life Visitation.
