Born in Hyannis on March 28, 1947, he was a son of the late William and Anne Kersey. Upon graduating from high school, Kerry went on to proudly serve his country as a member of the US Army during the Vietnam War.
Prior to his retirement, Kerry worked as a Truck Driver at Lawrence Lynch for over 30 years. In his spare time, he enjoyed working around the house and going for drives with his wife, Kathleen.
In addition to his wife, he is survived and will be deeply missed by his two children, Dawn Black and Kerry Kersey Jr.; two step children, Kim Rosario and Michael Centeio; five grandchildren, Steven, Xiomarie, Cameron, Aaron, and Dareon; and 4 great grandchildren; as well as a brother, William H. Kersey III.
