M Clare Moniz

Clare is survived by her 3 children Paula Delaney of South Boston MA, Robert Delaney Jr. and his wife Carol of John’s Island SC, and Joanne Delaney of Hyannis MA. Clare adored her two grandchildren, Kaitlyn Delaney of East Greenwich, RI and Emily Delaney of Charlotte, NC. She had many nieces and nephews and friends. All who loved her and will miss her very much.

She was the wife of the late John Moniz and Robert Delaney. She was predeceased by her siblings: Frank Brown, Ann Louise Belesca and Joan Ellen Ireland.

Clare loved the beach, her garden and most of all her family.

Services in Clare’s memory will be held on March 20, 2025, as follows:

Mass at St. Margarets Church in Buzzards Bay at 9:30 am,

Followed by a service at Massachusetts National Cemetery in Bourne, MA at 11:15 a.m.,

Followed by a luncheon reception at Mezza Luna at noon.
