

Lifelong Barnstable resident, Norman C. Jerauld passed away unexpectedly Saturday, August 25, 2012 at the age of 60.
He was born April 23, 1952 to B. Kempton and Ruth (Ferdinand) Jerauld in Hyannis, MA.
He is pre-deceased by the one true love of his life, Kathleen (Burke) Jerauld.
He is survived by two brothers, Bruce Jerauld and Glenn Jerauld and his wife Jeannine, a niece, Meggie Burke, nephew, Clay Burke, several cousins, and his god son Nicholas Joshua Jones Miller.
Although he and his wife Kathy never had children of their own he was a big part in the lives of Kelly (Jones) Foley, Katie (Jones) Miller and Ryan Jones.
Over the years he worked for Barnstable Service, Jones Bus, Northside Bus and First Student. He was a very dedicated and loyal employee who loved what he did.
His interests included traveling, gardening, spending time with his family and friends and his beloved cat, Harmony.
Although he could be a tad stubborn at times, he was also a warm and caring man who always thought of others. He touched the lives of many and will be missed by all.
A memorial visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 5, 2012, from 5 to 8 pm at the Doane, Beal & Ames Funeral Home, 160 W. Main St., Hyannis, MA 02601.
