Patricia A. Winchell

Born on St. Patricks' day 1940 to Roscoe Mayo and Norma (Brown) Mayo, she graduated Orleans High class of 1958. she worked as a pre-school teacher for over 25 years and was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary and worked as a waitress at the VFW Hyannis. After retirement Patricia and her husband Chester enjoyed traveling together especially to the USS Essex Association reunions.

Patricia is survived by her son Ronald Huskins of West Yarmouth, daughter Carole Shepard of VT; granddaughters Carissa Miles of AZ, and Suzie Huskins of Fall River; 5 great grandchildren. Micheal, Matthew, Makiah, Chanell, and Rahziya, cousins, loved ones and friends, she will be greatly missed by all.

Patricia was preceded in death by her husband Chester Winchell, her beloved daughter Cheryl Wilson and Grandson Sgt. Corey Wilson

Visiting hours will take place on Saturday, September 12, 2026, from 9-10:30 AM at Doane, Beal & Ames, 160 W. Main St., Hyannis, MA 02601 followed by a Graveside Service at Mosswood Cemetery 280 Putnum Ave. in Cotuit, MA.
