Paul Edward Kearney

Paul Edward Kearney, 73, of Taunton, MA entered into eternal rest on Sunday, June 12, 2016 with his loving family by his side. Paul was born in Boston, MA to the late Oscar Davis and Dorothy Mae (Wilson) Kearney. He was raised on Cape Cod and lived in Sandwich and Marstons Mills before moving to Taunton 5 years ago.

Before his retirement, Paul was a truck driver for several years with a family owned Sanitation Company. He was an avid softball and baseball player. Paul also enjoyed hunting.

Paul is survived by his beloved wife of 10 years Candace (Souza) Kearney; his loving son William Edwards and daughters Erika Rose, Nicole Edwards and Brandi Edwards; his dear step-son David Regan and step-daughter Christine Regan. Paul is also survived by several brothers and sisters and 12 grandchildren.

Friends and relatives are invited to attend visitation Thursday, June 16, 2016 from 1pm to 2pm at Doane, Beal & Ames Funeral Home 160 W. Main St. Hyannis, MA 02601 followed by a 2pm funeral service with Pastor Bernard Harris, Sr. of Zion Union Church, Hyannis officiating.
