Rhoda Starr, 89, of Mashpee passed away peacefully at Bridges by Epoch at Mashpee. She was the loving wife of 54 years to the late Robert E. Starr (2008).
Rhoda was born and raised in Providence, RI and lived in Pawtucket before moving with her family to the Cape in the mid-70s. Rhoda was a loving, dedicated caregiver for many years to her husband who was afflicted with MS. Her main passion in life was her family...
She is survived by her son Samuel Starr and his wife Maureen of Sandwich, MA; her daughter Pam Seddon of Foxborough, MA; her cherished grandchildren Nancy Starr, Mitchell Starr, Hanna-Mari Starr; Craig Seddon and Laura Valli (Seddon). She is also survived by several great-grandchildren and 2 sisters.
All are invited to a Celebration of Life on Sunday, December 2, 2018 from 1-4 p.m. at Samuel and Maureen Starr's home, in Sandwich, MA. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to National Multiple Sclerois Society, New England Chapter, 101A First Ave., Waltham, MA 02451 or www.nationalmssociety.com.
