Carl Kelley, 74, passed away at his home in Idaho Falls, on Sunday, July 20, 2014. A funeral mass will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 23, 2014, at Buck-Miller-Hann Funeral Home, 825 E. 17th Street in Idaho Falls. Burial will be at Rose Hill Cemetery in Idaho Falls. A rosary will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday prior to the funeral mass at the funeral home.
