Stephen Michael Berry

Stephen Michael (Mike) Berry, of Idaho Falls, passed into eternal life on October 11, 2015 at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center after a brief illness.

Mike was born on February 22, 1945 – the eldest child of Wesley Sanford Berry and Virginia (née Fehrenbacher) Berry. He is survived by a daughter, Stephanie, and two sisters – Margaret [Barry] Jones of Pine, AZ and Becky [Dale] Kubichek of Sidney, OH and his three special canine companions – Boris, Hershey and Louie.

Mike was a US Army veteran, serving his country during the Viet Nam conflict. He was a professional engineer – working for many years at Idaho National Labs. Mike also participated for many years as a member of the Bonneville County Planning Commission. Ultimately, Mike was a true patriot and sheepdog for his country.

It was the wishes of the decedent to be cremated. A celebration of his life will be held at a date to be determined. Buck-Miller-Hann Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements. Online condolences may be left at www.buckmillerhann.com.
