A cherished mother of Alexys, Jayden and Jesse, Sister of Laurie, Paul, Shannon, Wayne, Ricky & Michelle, Daughter of Janie & Robert Land, Aunt, Niece, Granddaughter and a dedicated & loving friend to many.
Alicia was warm, fun, there for anyone she loved & anyone to know her was extremely blessed.
She was able to light up any room with her big smile, goofy laugh, piercing hazel eyes & hilarious humor.
Any day, any time, she would answer.
She loved with her entire heart, hard, and never lost sight of who she loved.
Life isn’t easy, and Alicia knew any way possible to make it fun, memorable, and all around, filled with love.
Alicia was able to help in saving 5 people through organ donation.
Alicia will be missed & remembered by anyone who had the privilege to know her.
*****Please join us in celebrating the life of Alicia Lynette Calderon 9-19-2026 at Mill Creek Park (Pavilion 1) in Independence from 4pm to 7pm.
There will be sandwiches and pulled pork provided, however, we ask that everyone bring a side for a potluck style lunch.
We will also have water bottles, and some sodas but ALCOHOL IS PROHIBITED. Also, no glass cups or containers.
There is plenty of seating, but if you’d like to bring a lawn chair, just in case, please do.
The biggest part of the day is we are celebrating her and we appreciate privacy, as we are not going to answer “what happened” to her.
We’re here to celebrate and share memories of the good times, not the sadness that came with losing her.
In her honor, please wear green or something with sunflowers. 💚
Lastly, I plan on making a slideshow of photos and videos, so if you have 1 favorite picture of or with Alicia, please send directly to me. (Lexy)
Thank you for loving our mom and giving her pieces of your life.*****
