Mike enjoyed laying back in his lazy boy with a beer in one hand and the remote in the other. Watching Football, Baseball, Wrestling, NASCAR races. He loved spending time with his two sons and his grandchildren. Mike loved cooking & fishing. Mike served in the United States Navy for four years and worked at Henry Wurst in North Kansas City MO where he retired. Mike was loved by so many and will be missed dearly.
He leaves behind two sons August Michael Ott IV and William Joseph Ott (Chelsea Ott). His beloved grandchildren Shawn, Lisa, Mikey, Elizabeth, Briana, Dallas, William Jr, Levi, Nevaeh, Jesse, Leviana and Wyatt. He is also survived by his sisters Jill Donnici & Melissa Wilcoxson.
A memorial visitation for August will be held Saturday, July 16, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Newcomer's Noland Road Chapel, 509 S Noland Road, Independence, Missouri 64050, followed by a memorial service with military honors at 11:00 AM.
