Charles Raymond Fisher Jr. was born September 17, 1944 in Kansas City Mo.

He passed away Thursday December 14 peacefully at his home in Independence Mo. Charles joined the Army in 1967, was assigned to the military Police and served during the Vietnam war.

Charlie never knew a stranger and was always ready to tell a good joke. He loved making people laugh and was always willing to lend a hand to help anyone.

He was a loving Husband, Father and Grandfather

He leaves behind his Wife of 47 years Charlotte Fisher, his 3 daughters Tammy Miller and husband Bill, Pennie Coleman, Christina Fisher and his grandchildren Charles Fisher and wife Courtney, Jeffrey Fisher and wife Emily, Savannah Miller, Rickey Coleman, Ryan Coleman, Shaun Coleman, Hailey Coleman, Harlie Coleman, Dillion Coleman and Jesse Fisher.

Charles will forever be missed by so many and will never be forgotten
