Later she worked at the Western Electric plant in Lee’s Summit in the Purchasing Department and retired from AT&T in 1985. She enjoyed many friendships with her AT&T colleagues in the Pioneers group.
Daisy enjoyed cooking, canning, gardening, quilting. Fishing and watching the KC Royals and Chiefs. Her grandchildren and great grandchildren brought much love and joy into her life.
The family will celebrate her life with a private graveside service.
