Douglas L. Norris

Doug was born January 15, 1952 in Kansas City, Mo to Albert and Dorothy(Bersuch) Norris. He was a graduate of Fort Osage High School in 1970.

After high school he worked for Royce Construction for 2 years prior to joining Armco Steel Co in 1972 where his grandpa and dad had both worked. He worked for Armco for 23 years and met many life long friends while there. He then began working for Norris Masonry who was operated by his best friend and brother. Steve Norris

Doug was a man of strong fait and selflessness. He loved and supported all his grandchildren. He loved attending their sporting events and was always their biggest supporter.

Doug was preceded in death by his parents, Albert and Dorothy Norris, brother Steve Norris and daughter Jennifer.

He is survived by sons Doug(Little Doug) and David Norris. Sisters Donna Groves and Marty Russell and

eleven grandchildren: Ashley Norris, Cassidy Norris, Courtney Norris, Valerie Norris, Emma Norris, Lilly Norris, Landon Waters, Kaden Waters, Alecia Monday, Antonio Garcia, Jamie Long.

He will be deeply missed by many friends and extended family.
