Francine was born November 26, 1953 in Jefferson City, Missouri to Ira E and Ginette (Leroux) Boyce.
Francine was never married or had children, but she loved her fur babies with all her heart. She was a beautician for 50 years, and loved to do crafts, decorate, and bake.
Francine is survived by her mother, Ginette Boyce; her sisters: Josie (Larry) Springer and Nadine Holderman; brothers: Michele (Rita Dobbs) and Larry (Debbie) Boyce: 19 nieces and nephews; 15 great nieces and nephews and many more friends and family. She was preceded in death by her father Ira and brother Clifford Boyce.
