Howard Leon Price, 85 of Independence, passed away, Jan. 9, 2017. Visitation will be held 1/18/2017 from 6-8pm, funeral service 1/19/2017, 10am at Floral Hills Funeral Home, 7000 Blue Ridge Blvd, KC, MO. Burial at Parklawn Cemetery. He was born in K.C., MO, May 17, 1931to Charles and Nettie (Cunningham) Price. He graduated from Northeast High School and was owner of Price Rite Furniture. He was an Army veteran. Howard is survived by his wife Delores of 38 years, 3 children, Mike, Pamela and Debra; 5 grandchildren, Jennifer, James, Tamara, Michelle and Justin; 9 great grand children and 2 great great grandchildren, 3 nephews and lot's of cousins. He is preceded in death by his son Craig Price and grandson Adam Todd.
