Jimmy was born November 19th 1943, in Kansas City, Missouri to Rose and Louis Lockwood. He is preceded in death by his mother, father, and older sister Louise.
Jimmy is survived by his wife of 53 years, Ellen Jane Lockwood. He is also survived by his daughters Margret Spear and Kimberley Lockwood , his grandchildren Randi Kramer, Danica Doss, Erin McDonald, and Emma Ramirez, and his great grandchildren, James and Jules Kramer, Damien and Desmond Doss, and Thomas McDonald.
