Preceded in death by: Father; Arthur Jacobs, Jr., Mother; Patricia May (Hoban) Jacobs and two brothers; Brent and John. She is survived by a sister; Patricia Hallier, brothers; Timothy, Drew, Kevin and Mark, children, Johnny D. Duett, Stacey L. Jacobs and Harry L. Jacobs, grandsons; James Jr. and Cody Jacobs.
