Visitation will be from 10-11am on Wed., July 9th at Newcomer’s Noland Rd. Chapel. Funeral Services will follow at 11am on Wed. at the chapel. Burial at Mound Grove Cemetery. In lieu of flowers contributions to Bethel Baptist Church. Marie was a homemaker. She loved sewing, gardening and working in the preschool at church. She loved her grandchildren and watching them in their various activities. She was a member of Bethel Baptist Church and VFW Ladies Auxiliary. Marie was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers and one sister. She is survived by her husband Melvin, three sons Gene (Jan), Mike (Teresa) and Keith (Diann); four grandchildren, four great grandchildren and one sister Mary Edith Smith.
