Marilyn retired from the Independence, MO school food services in June 1996.
She is preceded in death by her father and mother; Joe and Helen Boswell, her husband of 59 and a half years; E Wayne Searcy, and daughters; Nita Searcy and Randi Mashburn.
Survivors include 2 sons and 1 daughter; Leroy (Bill) Searcy and husband Mike Hawley, Wayne E Searcy and wife Sandy, Ruth Ricciardi and husband Chris, 26 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, and 1 sister; Judy Mason and husband Ted.
