August 27, 1944 – May 1, 2020
Michael Joseph Kahmann, 75, of Kansas City, Missouri, passed away in the morning hours on Friday, May 1st, 2020, surrounded by his family.
Michael - Mike to his friends and family - devoted his life to his family and to God, and was never shy about speaking his mind. As a devout Catholic and devoted father, he raised his children in the faith with unwavering conviction, always keeping his sense of humor.
He is preceded in death by his son William J. Kahmann and his parents George H. and Rose Marie Kahmann.
He is survived by his wife Juliana, sons Tim (Rossy), Mark, Dan (Kim), and John (Julie) Kahmann, and daughters Becky (Joe) Langston, Bridgette Kahmann, Rachel (Phil) Davis, Monica (Chad) McCollough, and Sarah (Brec) Ensminger. He is also survived by his brothers Tony and Joe Kahmann, as well as 24 grandchildren and one great grandson.

Julie and kids. You and the world lost a very special person. I know that Mike is watching from heaven and sending you the strength to handle this time. He has God,s ear and I know our Lord and Master is hearing Mikes request for your strength. I will miss his quick whit and his sense of humor, but most of all, just as you all, I will miss his generosity and his love for all. May God grant you peace and strength at this time. I am here for all of you. All you have to do is let me help with your needs, whatever they are. Love and prayers for you all.

To all the Kahmann family,
My prayers are with you during this time. Mr. and Mrs. Kahmann and my dad were church buddies back in the '90s, and I went to school with John. I have fond memories of Mr. Kahmann, and I know that he is smiling down on the legacy of love and faith he left behind.
