Michael Patrick Weaver Sr

Michael Patrick Weaver Sr., 54, of Grain Valley, Missouri went home to be with his Lord and Savior on June 9, 2026. He went to heaven peacefully with his family by his side, a St. Lukes Hospital in Kansas City, Missouri. He received exceptional care by the staff at St Lukes Hospital.

Michael was preceded in death by his infant son Seth Michael weaver on September 25, 1992, his father Michael Thomas Weaver (69), mother Janet Lorraine Castle (68), brothers Dustin Ryan Schupback (39), Joel Mitchell Weaver (38) and his precious grandmother Cora Ester Castle (83) whom he loved very much.

He is survived by his 2 children Michael Weaver Jr (22) and Allison Weaver (14) both of Grain Valley, Missouri. His only sister Angelia Brown, nephew Blake Brown and niece Mikayla Schupack all of Kansas City, Missouri. He is also leaves behind Joyce Flower and the Ramsdell family whom he cared for very much. Lots of extended family as well, cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and ex-in-laws. Also, his old dog Odin.

Michael grew up in Kansas City as a child with his father, stepmom, 2 brothers and his sister. Michael attended Truman High School and played football there. He was a very knowledgeable man. He had many types of jobs ranging from security, bouncer at stripe clubs, home remodeling, working on cars/bikes to owning his own tree care company. At his time of death, he was employed at General Motors UAW Local 31.

Michael loved his family and friends, music, riding motorcycles and he had some friends he road within a club. Most of all he loved his children and they were his life. If you knew Mike, you knew that. He will be missed deeply by many. Michael had a fulfilling life. He got to experience and do a lot of things in his life. Michael had such a positive impact on so many people and helped so many. He was a very well-respected man and also known for "His Word". He didn't play and we all know that!

His memories will live on through people's hearts and minds. Until we all meet again, Michael we love and already miss you. Fly high Big Weave, we love you.

Celebration of Life will be held at Newcomer's Noland Road Chapel, 509 S Noland Rd, Independence, Missouri 64050, on June 16, 2026, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
