

Patricia ‘Nana’ Lucito, born April 15, 1937 in Kansas City, Missouri, passed away at the age of 86, on October 04, 2023 surrounded by loved ones. After a long battle with dementia and a faulty heart, it was a recent fall resulting in a broken hip that lead to her passing. Despite the dementia Nana never lost her flare, Italian lingo, dance moves, witty comebacks, or her love for her family.
Patricia met the love of her life at the age of 14 and was married to Sam Joseph Lucito Jr. at the age of 16. Together they had 4 children, 9 grandchildren, and 8 great-grandchildren.
Patricia loved spending time in the kitchen creating delicious meals for her family, especially during the holiday seasons. When her girls were young she cherished times she spent as their Girl Scout leader. Nana was an avid shopper who loved shopping for her grandchildren. Other times you could find her in her backyard tending to her beautiful flowers.
Patricia was preceded in death by her husband Sam Joseph Lucito Jr. and son Timothy Michael Lucito. She is survived by daughter Sharon and husband Randy Kassen, daughter Linda and husband Joe Thompson, son John Lucito and wife Missy, grandchildren Greg and wife Aimee, Todd, Andrea and wife Stacey, Shawn, Ryan and wife Kelly, Chris, Kyle and wife Amanda, Aaron, Joey, and great grandchildren Braxtyn, Ian, Drew, Jaecee, Aubreanna, Sidney, Elizabeth, and Jaxon.
