

She was born in Moline Illinois on February 28, 1958. Peggy attended Blue Springs High School. In her younger days Peggy worked for JCPenney’s distribution center. She was an entrepreneur, she owned several businesses. A delivery service, a bar, a thrift store, a tow business. She was a very strong and independent woman. In her free time she enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren. Peggy loved to spoil all of them.
Peggy is survived by her partner Garry Overturf, her six children, Melissa Mustain (Ron Rouse), Bradley Hennon (Jolene Hennon), Letticia Hennon, Tiffany Salinas (D.A. Salinas), Jennifer Hampton (Michael Hampton), Ashley Ellis, Twenty two grandchildren and three great grandchildren, her sister Joy Marsolf, Nieces, nephews, cousins, along with several other family members and friends. Peggy is proceeded in death by her mother and stepfather Mary and Jim Johnston, her grandson Antonio Brian Young Jr, her grandfather Theodore (Ted) Carroll, and her grandmother Mary Carroll. Peggy is well loved and will be missed by many.
A visitation for Peggy will be held Thursday, March 31, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Newcomer's Noland Road Chapel, 509 S Noland RD, Independence, Missouri 64050. A funeral service will occur Thursday, March 31, 2022 at 11:00 AM, Funeral Home. A committal service will occur at Blue Springs Cemetery, 2800 SW Walnut St, Blue Springs, MO 64015.
