In her life she accomplished much but was particularly proud of her graduation from the College of the Mainland in Texas City, TX with her associates, The University of Texas Medical Branch with her BSN and The University of Missouri, Kansas City with her MSN.
In her life she bore 3 children and, subsequently, 7 grandchildren, who she was infinitely proud to call hers. However, she would tell you that her greatest accomplishment by far was her 51.5-year marriage to Donald Lee Love, a marriage which was solidified in the Catholic Church on November 2, 2022.
She is survived by her husband, Donald Love, her sisters Maureen Dilley and Karen Turner, her children Daniel Love, David Love and Erin Flora and her grandchildren Kathleen, Jameson, Liam, Alexis, Amelia, Zoe and Michael and finally her dog Short Cake.
Visitation will be held at Newcomer's Noland Road Chapel, 509 S. Noland Rd. Independence, MO 64050, on September 15, 2026, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Mary Parish, 600 N Liberty St, Independence, MO 64050, on September 16, 2026, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am.
A Committal Service will be held at Mt Washington Cemetery, 614 S Brookside Ave, Independence, MO 64053, on September 16, 2026, from 11:15 am to 11:30 am.
