Theresa Ann Trent

Theresa Ann Trent, 79, of Rogersville, Missouri, passed away on March 13, 2026. A kind-hearted woman, Theresa was born March 5, 1947, in Independence, Missouri, to Vicente and Anita (Galvan) Solis. She graduated from St. Mary’s High School in Independence, Missouri.

Theresa was a lifelong resident of Independence, Missouri. She attended college for a time before beginning a career as an administrative assistant, serving in that role at several different companies over the years.

Theresa enjoyed camping and traveling, but the most important thing in her life was her family. She did her best to never miss a baseball game of her grandsons. She especially loved spending time with Annie, Paul, and the rest of the family—on holidays and on any occasion they could find to be together.

Theresa was very active in the Catholic Church, serving faithfully for many years as a Eucharistic Minister and Lector.

Theresa was preceded in death by her mother, Anita Rodriguez (Galvan); her father, Vicente Solis; her brother, Richard Solis; her daughter, Sara A. Trent; and her step-father, Bartholomew Rodriguez.

Theresa is survived by her son, Travis Trent; her daughter-in-law, Cristy Trent; her grandsons, Torin and Teagan Trent; her sister, Anna Moore and brother-in-law Paul Moore Sr.; her brother, Rick Rodriguez; her nephew, Paul Moore Jr; and her niece, Nikki Nelson.
