Josephine (Joyce) Stopanski

Josephine’s memory will be cherished by her son Gordon (Audrey) Stopanski; daughter Marianne (Harold) Gill; granddaughter Nancy (Arlie) Keeler; great-grandchildren Cheyenne and Braxton; daughter Trish (Mike) Craven as well as many other family members and friends.

She was predeceased by her parents Stanley (1985) and Victoria Gac (1982); sister Mabel (1943); husband Michael (1993) and granddaughter Lindsy (1995).

The funeral mass was celebrated in St. Joseph R.C. Church in Indian Head, SK on Wednesday, February 15th, 2023 at 1:30 p.m. by Rev. Francis Hengen. Interment followed in Holy Ghost Ukrainian Catholic Cemetery, Candiac, SK.

The pallbearers were: Andy Stopanski, Tony Cwyner, Bill Stopanski, Marlin Barber, Dale Krushelnicky and Jerry Haid.

The family would like to acknowledge Dr. Chongo and the staff at Lakeside Nursing Home for their dedication to the care they gave our Mom.
