Karen and Ray, I am very saddened to hear of Thelma's passing. I will miss those chance encounters with her in town, as well as dropping by her house to leave honey. She had a vibrant, joyful spirit that could uplift anyone she was with. May she rest in peace.

I am so sorry I didn't hear until after the funeral or I would have come. My sincere sympathies to you all.  The many laughs, great stories and antics are warm memories I will always cherish.

Being neighbors for 23 years was always fun and full of many suppers and great conversation. She went above and beyond for us so many times over the years. Taking our cat to the vet to always lending a helping hand or a supportive word.  We loved her very much and considered her like a Mom/Grandma. The world will be different but we are grateful that she was  in our lives.Miss u little neighbor. ..

So sorry to hear your Mom and Grandma had passed away. Thelma was a wonderful lady she will be missed.

Sincere sympathy on Thelma's passing.  She was so wonderfully welcome to a new rural Public Health Nurse in the late 11960's.  She offered her home as a baby clinic site and even fed the nurse before the clinic started.  What a great lady.

I was sorry to hear of Thelma's passing.  I have such wonderful memories of her when as a new rural Public Health Nurse in the late 1960's she opened up her home for a baby clinic for the area Mom's.  She was such a generous lady and even fed me wonderful meals before the clinic started.  She was such a warm and caring person.

Our deepest sympathy to Thelma's family. Bob and Thelma were very good neighbours to us when we first came to this area 34 years ago. When Bob was combining on their land around our place and Thelma was driving the truck, I often went to ride with her for an hour or two after supper to keep her company. I was always amazed at her skills - always knew just how near to the bins to take the truck and how to use the grain auger. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
