Allene G. Miller was born on September 6, 1944 in Indianapolis, Indiana to the late William Sr. and Myrtle Tuggle. She was the mother of three children. At the age of 76, she went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on June 7, 2021, in her home surrounded by her family.
