She was a member of New Bethel Baptist Church and was a retired chef from Laughner’s Cafeteria.
Alma was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Mabel White; husband, George Cunningham; daughter, Carla F. Cunningham and two brothers, Frank and Bobby White.
She leaves to cherish her memory and celebrate her life, children: Mark Cunningham (Regina), Timothy Cunningham (Ruth), Keith Cunningham (Betty), Phillip Cunningham and Roger Cunningham; siblings: Clay Thomas White, Nancy Grant, Ida Taylor and Dorothy Reed; 20 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren, and a host of nephews, nieces other loving relatives and friends.
Her visitation is Friday, July 3, 2015, 10am – 12pm, with the Homegoing at 12pm in New Bethel Baptist Church. The burial will immediately follow in Crown Hill Cemetery.
