37, a follower of Christ passed away Dec. 30, 2014.
He is survived by his loving wife Cari Chastain; sons Rigg and Ryder Chastain; parents Tim and Debbie Chastain; and sisters Elizabeth Chastain and Grace (Winston) Hubbard. Andrew was preceded in death by his daughter Caden Chastain.
Visitation will be held Fri. Jan. 2nd at LifePoint Church 8540 Combs Rd. Indianapolis, IN. 46237 from 4:00-8:00 PM. Funeral Services will be held Saturday Jan. 3rd at LifePoint Church at 11:00 AM.
