

Angela graduated from Cooley High School in 1979. In the 80s, Angela embarked upon a career in retail management, where she received promotions, merits and accolades for her work. Angela spent much of her free time volunteering with organizations like St. Luke's where she spearheaded programs like "Bridges, Getting Ahead and Before School Jam" in which Angela, helped children realize their potential, made meaningful connections, imparted wisdom, ignited excitement, curiosity and confidence in the lives of the children, guardians, volunteers and community members she engaged with.
Angela had a zeal for life, and lived out-loud, sharing her, passion, laughter and stories. Her passion for life lent to the creation of amazing experiences, moments and memories, that she loved to share with all.
Angela possessed many unique gifts and talents. One of her greatest gifts was her indelible love, she greeted everyone with a welcoming smile and open arms. Angela always had a way of speaking her mind, whether you liked it or not; yet, she would never, let you leave her presence with anything less than a wide smile, head-nod or giant hug.
Angela leaves to cherish her loving memory her children: Shawnita Andrews, Shawn Andrews and Alishial Haley, Brothers: William, Bill (Darlene), Tonie (preceding her in life); eight Grandchildren: Brianna Andrews, Joey Wayne Shapiro, Jerral Moore, Quinntin Haley, Carmen Bebly, Kari Moore, Z’Yon Moore -Haley, Jazmine Bebly; Stepson: Joseph Hughes, a cherished friend: Rachel Hunter, and a host of aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
Angela entered into the Eternal Kingdom of God on June 17, 2021.
