Angela Scaggs- Hogue passed away on Februar 24, 2015 at the age of 45 years old. She leaves to cherish her memry to her beautiful daughters, Chantel Brubaker, Lauren Scaggs- Brownie, Erin Scaggs and Alyssa Wisneski and two beautiful granddaughters, Naomi and Amaya Mance.
