A visitation for Mr. Anthony T. Scruggs will be held Saturday, May 25th, 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Eastside Baptist Church, 2845 Baltimore Avenue, Indianapolis, IN, followed by a funeral service at 12:00 PM.
