73, of Indianapolis, IN, passed away November 3, 2018. Arvine was born on October 29, 1945 in Indianapolis, IN the son of the late James Owen Ballard and Dorothy (Martin) Ballard. Arvine was a proud member of the VFW Post #5864 in Greenwood. Arvine is survived by his wife of 51 years; Norma, children; Chris (Amy) Ballard, Vince Ballard and Rachel Ballard, brothers; Albert, Stephen, and Joseph, sisters; Phyllis Reed and Terrilyn Ballard and grandchildren; Derek, Mary, Chandler, and Ashlynn and lots of dear friends. He is preceded in death by his brothers; Daniel Ballard, William Ballard, and Randal Ballard, sister; Beverly Ballard, and a grandchild; Vincent Arvine Ballard.
