Barbara "Bobbie" J. Lyons

Born on August 10, 1974, in Indianapolis, Indiana, she was the beloved daughter of the late Robert May and Jeanne Adams. A proud graduate of Greenwood High School, Class of 1992, Bobbie was known for her deep love for her family and the immense joy she found in being a grandmother, a role she cherished above all.

Bobbie's "happy place" was at the Twin Forks Campground spending time with family and making memories with Theodore and Benjamin with her dog, August, by her side. She could often be found at the Dollar Tree collecting craft supplies to later turn into creations with the boys.

She is lovingly remembered by her devoted husband, Robert Lyons; her son, Blake (Genevieve) Lyons; and her treasured grandsons, Theodore and Benjamin Lyons, and expected granddaughter due in September. She is also survived by her siblings Billy, Andy, Maria May, and Jenny McGrath; her uncle Larry May; stepmother, Barb May, along with many dear nieces and nephews.

Bobbie was welcomed into eternal rest by her loving parents, Robert May and Jeanne Adams, and her grandparents: George and Jeanne May and Bill and Louise Adams.

Her warmth strength, and the pride she took in her family will never be forgotten. She leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and unforgettable memories.

A celebration of life gathering for Bobbie will be held Thursday, May 22, 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Little & Sons Funeral Home, 4901 E Stop Eleven Road, Indianapolis, Indiana 46237.
