She was born on September 7, 1943, in Indianapolis, the daughter of Frederick J and Mildred M Foltz (VanFossan).
Barbara worked in banking, retail and was the florist at family-owned Honey’s Flower Shoppe in Danville, Indiana.
She is survived by her husband of 60 years, William Norris, three children, Jeffrey Norris (Jennifer), Jennifer Tudor (Tracy), and Brian Norris and grandson Carter Norris.
Barbara was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Kathy Fisher.
A visitation for Barbara will be held Tuesday, October 10, 2023, from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Crown Hill Funeral Home & Cemetery, 700 W. 38th St., Indianapolis, Indiana 46208. A funeral service will occur Wednesday, October 11, 2023, at 10:00 AM at Crown Hill Funeral Home & Cemetery.
