Barbara Joanne Tafflinger

Barbara Joanne Tafflinger, 67, of Indianapolis, In passed away February 9, 2022 peacefully surrounded by her kids. Barbara was born August 18,1954 to George and Helen Taylor. Barbara Graduated from Northwest High School, Class of 1972. Barbara worked as a Business Administrator for Anthem Blue Cross & Blue Shield and IU Health before retiring in 2018. Barbara held various volunteer roles at Eagledale Little League where she enjoyed watching each of her 4 kids play baseball and softball. She was also very active with the Ladies Oriental Shrine Tarum Court 14.

Barbara Tafflinger is survived by her four children, Vanessa McGuire (Kevin), Sean Tafflinger (Nichole Fite), Matthew Tafflinger (Brandy), Evan Tafflinger (Stephanie); two Sisters, Leslie Condre (Richard) Nancy Watson (Tony); one brother Mark Taylor; Several Nieces and Nephews; seven Grandchildren, Blake, Forrest, Devin, Zoe, Emerson, Patrick, Dalton.

She is preceded in death by her father George Taylor, mother Helen Taylor, and sister Sue E. Calvin.

Services will be held, 5:00 p.m., Monday, February 21, 2022 at Speedway Christian Church 5110 W. 14th Street Speedway, Indiana 46112; Visitation 3:30 pm-5:00 pm with Service following.
