Berthina Jones 63 Of Kokomo Passed away on Sunday, December 12, 2010, 9:58 P.M. at Northwoods Village. Berthina Jones was born on January 11, 1947 the daughter of Houston Clark and Sadler Edwards in Ecorse, Michigan. She was a food preparer for A.V.I. Food Services. She was a member of New Bethlehem Baptist Church in Ecorse, Michigan and the U.A.W. local 685. Her parents, one brother and two sisters preceded her in death. She is survived by her husband, Freddie L. Jones, daughters, Tonia D. Clark-Conway and Tamika D. Clark both of Indianapolis, son, Sean E. Jones (Tiffany) of Peru, Indiana, sisters, Willistine Wesley (William), June Thomas (Dr. Rev. Randolph), Joycerine Clark, Veryl B. Turner all of Detroit, Michigan, brothers, Archie Clark, Evans Clark, Cleatry Clark, Clyde Clark (Shirley) all of Detroit Michigan, step daughter, Tyra Young (Tohonn) of Indianapolis, brother-in laws, Norris Jones (Susan), Ronald Jones of Indianapolis, special sister-in-law, Marcia Waldon (Jimmy), 3 favorite nieces, RaShawnda, LaShawnda and Teri, grandchildren, Tyesha, RaTondra, Kandi, Ranea, DeShawn, Kamoria, Gregoryon, Sir, Strange, Branson, Kelbey and 3 great grandchildren, Tremayne, Jr., Jhayda, Journee. Services will be held on Tuesday, December 21, 2010, 11 A.M. at Fountain of Life Family Worship Center. Bishop Charles E. Glenn with be the officiant and Rev. Dr. Lernard Thomas will be the Eulogist. Visitation will be on Tuesday from 10 A.M. until the time of service. Burial in Crown Point Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to Bluitt & Son Funeral Home.
