Betty Jo Carter, age 85, of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away on Monday, November 14, 2022.
A visitation for Betty will be held Friday, December 2, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. A funeral service will occur Friday, December 2, 2022 at 12:00 PM at Williams & Bluitt Funeral Home Peoples' Chapel, 5252 East 38th Street, Indianapolis, Indiana.
